What is the ICF ACC exam format?

The ICF ACC credentialing exam is 60 single-best-answer multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes, testing the 2019 Core Competencies and 2020 Code of Ethics. The pass mark is a scaled 460/600 (~76%). Questions are situational: you pick the best coaching response.

This policy explains what data ICF Prep (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

1. What we collect

Email address — to sign you in (via a one-time code) and to send service-related email.
Practice data — your quiz attempts, answers and scores, stored so Pro users can track progress.
Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of a purchase but never your full card details.
Usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, and technical details such as IP address, browser and device type, collected via analytics.

2. How we use it

To provide sign-in, save your progress, and process purchases.
To send account and lifecycle emails (e.g. login codes, access reminders).
To understand usage and improve the questions and product.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run ICF Prep:

Supabase — database and authentication.
Vercel — application hosting.
Stripe — payment processing (merchant of record).
Resend — transactional and lifecycle email.
PostHog — product analytics (data processed in the United States).
Cloudflare — DNS and email routing.

These providers may process data outside Singapore, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technology for analytics to measure how the service is used. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@icfprep.com.

7. Email preferences

You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in those emails. Essential account emails (such as login codes) are required to use the service.

8. Children

ICF Prep is intended for adults preparing for a professional credential and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
