What is the ICF ACC exam format?

The ICF ACC credentialing exam is 60 single-best-answer multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes, testing the 2019 Core Competencies and 2020 Code of Ethics. The pass mark is a scaled 460/600 (~76%). Questions are situational: you pick the best coaching response.

These Terms govern your use of ICF Prep (“ICF Prep”, “we”, “us”), an online exam-preparation tool operated from Singapore. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What ICF Prep is

ICF Prep provides practice questions, explanations and study material to help you prepare for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing exam. It is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We do not administer the exam and we do not guarantee any particular exam result.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send you.
Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared.

3. Free and Pro access

The free quiz is available without an account. Pro is a one-time purchase that grants time-boxed access for a fixed period (for example 3 days, 1 month, or 3 months). It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew — access simply ends when the period expires.

4. Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and any applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout. We do not receive or store your card details.

5. Refunds

Pro grants immediate access to digital content for a fixed period. If something goes wrong — a payment issue, a technical fault, or access you did not receive — contact us and we will make it right. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

The content is licensed to you for personal study only.
Do not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or share the questions, explanations or study material.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, study guide and design are owned by ICF Prep. “ICF”, “ACC” and related marks are the property of the International Coaching Federation and are used here for descriptive, educational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” for educational purposes and is not professional, certification, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
