Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ICF Prep (“ICF Prep”, “we”, “us”), an online exam-preparation tool operated from Singapore. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What ICF Prep is
ICF Prep provides practice questions, explanations and study material to help you prepare for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing exam. It is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We do not administer the exam and we do not guarantee any particular exam result.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send you.
- Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared.
3. Access
Practice tests are available without an account. An account lets you save progress, resume unfinished tests and get practice based on your results. If you bought time-boxed access in the past and something is wrong, contact us and we will make it right. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected by these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
- The content is licensed to you for personal study only.
- Do not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or share the questions, explanations or study material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
5. Intellectual property
The questions, explanations, study guide and design are owned by ICF Prep. “ICF”, “ACC” and related marks are the property of the International Coaching Federation and are used here for descriptive, educational purposes only.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” for educational purposes and is not professional, certification, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
